Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing financial records, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Perform data entry with high accuracy for various administrative records
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
- Provide customer support through phone and email correspondence, demonstrating professional phone etiquette
- Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
- Support office operations by coordinating schedules, managing supplies, and performing general administrative duties
Requirements
- Proven experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Google Workspace and data entry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Experience with filing systems and front desk operations in a busy office environment
- Relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting is highly desirable
