Job Overview
Seeking a dedicated & detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional residential & commercial cleaning services to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent time management abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Fluency in English is required, a current BC drivers license & a reliable car will be necessary. Non-smoker. Must be legally allowed to work in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping & sanitizing surfaces.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences & requirements.
- Be punctual, follow instructions & be able to commit to the weekly schedule.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within scheduled appointments.
- Maintain open & timely communication with management.
- Maintain an organized approach to cleaning tasks to enhance productivity & efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Knowledge of the Jobber software would be beneficial.
Experience.
- Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively & prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in hospitality or customer service is advantageous, showcasing your commitment to client satisfaction.
- A keen eye for detail & a passion for maintaining cleanliness in homes.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
