Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Overnight Cleaner to join our facilities team. This role is responsible for ensuring the club is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and prepared for the next day's operations while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize locker rooms, washrooms, showers, and common areas.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect fitness areas, studios, and hallways.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins throughout the club.
- Restock washroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Clean glass, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
- Follow health and safety procedures and cleaning protocols.
- Complete assigned cleaning checklists and tasks before the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience is an asset but not required.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Authorized to work in Canada.
