Responsibilities
- Engage in outside sales efforts to attract new clients and expand the customer base
- Conduct retail sales by presenting insurance options that meet client needs
- Provide personalized customer service, guiding clients through policy options and coverage details
- Utilize analysis skills to assess client requirements and recommend suitable insurance products
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and follow-up communications
- Develop marketing strategies to promote insurance products effectively
- Engage in telemarketing activities to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current insurance policies, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Negotiate terms with clients to secure favorable agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Communicate complex information clearly and professionally in English
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Multilingual abilities, especially bilingual proficiency in Spanish, are highly desirable
- Customer service experience with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate client needs accurately
- Sales and marketing experience, including familiarity with sales administration processes
- Telemarketing experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong interpersonal abilities
- Mandarin or Cantonese

Pay: $35,200.00-$118,480.73 per year
