THE OPPORTUNITY
This is Foxy Box’s full-time, in-house senior marketing hire. You’ll own the marketing function end-to-end — strategy, brand, digital, vendor relationships, franchisee support, and day-to-day execution.
This role is for someone with real franchise marketing experience — whether that’s come from working agency-side with franchise brands or from inside a franchise organization. What matters is that you understand how franchise systems work, how to support franchisees, and how all the digital tactics fit together to drive results at the local and brand level. You’ll need grit, strong instincts for branding, and a deep understanding of franchising — because no two days are the same and the team is lean.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Strategy & Brand
- Own and execute Foxy Box’s full marketing strategy across all channels — brand, digital, paid, social, local, and PR.
- Oversee and evolve the promotional and brand calendar; ensure all franchisee-facing assets and resources are delivered on time.
- Lead brand compliance across the system — you care deeply about how the brand looks and sounds, everywhere.
- Identify and pilot new marketing experiments: loyalty programs, influencer initiatives, LTOs, local partnerships, and more.
Digital Marketing
- Own and direct the paid digital strategy — Google + Meta campaigns, landing pages, lead capture, and brand fund execution
- Manage SEO, website strategy, and content initiatives in collaboration with agency partners
- Oversee SMS and email marketing programs; ensure campaigns are set up correctly in Zenoti and executed on time
- Understand how all tactics work together — and make sure they do
Vendor Management
- Own all vendor and agency relationships: set expectations, track performance, and hold partners accountable for results.
- Active vendors include Franify, Logical Position, MedLead Convert, and Clicktecs — you’ll own these relationships from day one.
- Manage the marketing technology stack: CRM, ad platforms, Promo Republic, reporting tools, and AI-assisted content systems.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build the marketing reporting framework — dashboards, KPIs, and regular performance reviews for both HQ and franchisees.
- Translate data into decisions; present results clearly to the leadership team.
- Manage brand fund allocation, spend tracking, and ROI reporting.
Franchisee Marketing Support
- Support franchisee marketing success through tools, templates, training, and ongoing communication.
- Own the new franchisee onboarding marketing process: social handles, GBP setup, vendor setup, and launch-ready checklist.
- Lead grand opening marketing execution for new locations — manage timelines, assets, and local activation.
- Coordinate and run the monthly marketing webinar, newsletter, and franchisee roundtable.
- Manage the marketing helpdesk / support portal for incoming franchisee requests.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor the Marketing & Social Media Coordinator by providing daily oversight, direction, and accountability
- Own the content approval workflow — nothing goes out without sign-off
- Contribute to team culture — you’re a leader who rolls up their sleeves and sets the standard by doing
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Non-negotiables
- Franchise or multi-location brand experience — this is not learnable on the job at Foxy Box’s current stage; the learning curve is too steep for the team’s current capacity.
- Strong digital marketing fluency: paid media (Meta, Google), SEO, email, SMS, and social — you understand how the tactics work together, not just in isolation
- Self-direction is required.
- Relentlessly organized and process-driven — franchise marketing requires systems and discipline; you build them, not just follow them.
- Strong branding instincts — you care about how the brand looks, sounds, and shows up everywhere.
- Comfortable managing a junior team member and holding them accountable with structure and clarity.
Strong Assets
- Beauty, wellness, or personal care industry experience
- Agency-side franchise marketing experience is a strong asset — you know how to get results from partners because you’ve managed them (or been one).
- Experience supporting new franchise location launches and grand opening programs.
- Comfortable presenting to and building trust with franchisees directly.
- Familiarity with tools like Zenoti, PromoRepublic, Franify, or similar franchise marketing platforms.
WHO YOU ARE
- 5–8 years in marketing with at least 2-3 years in a management role.
- A builder — energized by creating structure and systems, not just maintaining them.
- Gritty and resourceful — you’re not above the execution, and you take pride in getting things done right.
- An excellent communicator — with franchisees, vendors, and leadership.
- Data-driven: you build the dashboard, read the numbers, and act on what you find.
- Adaptable and calm in a fast-moving, lean team environment.

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
