Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our maintenance team. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns
- Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools and power tools
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Assist in troubleshooting complex mechanical problems and implementing effective solutions
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize downtime
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in maintaining industrial or commercial equipment
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers
- Experience with power tools including drills, grinders, and impact drivers
- Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided as needed
Pay: $23.60-$48.80 per hour
