Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where mechanical skills and manufacturing knowledge are essential. Duties
- Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, including CNC lathes and other machining tools
- Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as calipers for quality inspection and assembly tasks
- Perform basic math calculations for measurements, tolerances, and process adjustments
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards
- Assist in the assembly of components, ensuring proper fit and function
- Maintain a clean, organized work area adhering to safety guidelines
Requirements
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to use calipers for precise measurements
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and quality inspection procedures
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical stamina for lifting and standing during shifts
- Filipino or Vietnamese Language is an asset
