Are you passionate about esports, gaming, or high-performance automotive tech? We are seeking energetic, hands-on, and detail-oriented Event Crew Members to help us bring world-class sim racing experiences to life at upcoming expos, trade shows, and community events.
As part of our event execution team, you will be the backbone of our physical presence. This role is perfect for anyone who loves high-end hardware, enjoys interacting with the public, and doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves to get a premium setup ready for the spotlight.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup & Teardown: Assist with the unboxing, assembly, positioning, and packing of premium aluminum sim racing cockpits, monitors, electronics, and heavy-duty display gear.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Help connect, wire, and test racing peripherals (wheels, pedals, displays) to ensure everything runs flawlessly before the doors open.
- Booth Engagement: Greet event attendees, manage lines/queues for racing simulators, and provide basic information about our products and brand.
- Gear Maintenance: Keep the booth space, cockpits, and display hardware clean, organized, and presentable throughout the duration of the event.
- Logistics Support: Help load/unload transport vehicles and keep track of event inventory and tools.
Qualifications & Skills
- Hands-on Mechanical Aptitude: Comfort using basic hand tools (Allen keys, wrenches, screwdrivers) to assemble modular hardware or aluminum profiles is highly desirable.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor during setup and teardown days.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with PC gaming setups, cable management, or premium peripherals is a major asset.
- Strong Communication: A friendly, professional attitude with the ability to confidently engage with tech enthusiasts, creators, and customers.
- Reliability: Punctual, proactive, and able to work effectively under tight event schedules.
Schedule & Location
- Job Type: Part-Time / Temporary / Contract (Event-based)
- Shift & Schedule: Weekend availability, evening shifts, and flexible hours depending on the specific event calendar.
- Location: On-site at designated event venues and convention centers.
