Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fascial Stretch Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of human anatomy and fascia, with a passion for helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being through specialized stretching techniques. As a Fascial Stretch Therapist, you will deliver targeted therapy sessions that promote flexibility, injury prevention, and optimal movement patterns, contributing to our mission of empowering clients to achieve their health goals in a professional and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual mobility limitations and develop personalized fascial stretch protocols.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of anatomy and fascia to perform safe, effective stretching techniques tailored to each client’s needs.
- Educate clients on body mechanics, posture correction, and self-care practices to support ongoing health improvements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and client outcomes in accordance with clinic standards.
- Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure integrated care approaches for clients with complex or chronic conditions.
- Ensure all therapy sessions adhere to safety protocols and professional standards of practice.
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages client engagement, motivation, and trust in the therapeutic process.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Fascial Stretch Therapist or similar role within a wellness setting.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, fascia structure, and movement science essential for effective treatment delivery.
- Prior experience in patient assessment, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and empathetically.
- Certification in Fascial Stretch Therapy or equivalent specialized training.
- Standard First Aid and CPR C.
- Personal Training Certificate an asset.

Pay: $36.00-$46.00 per hour
