Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of our rental properties. The ideal candidate will ensure that each guest experiences a spotless, welcoming environment that meets high standards of hospitality and hygiene. Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies to ensure readiness for incoming guests.
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and surface disinfecting.
- Inspect properties for maintenance issues or damages and report any concerns to management promptly.
- Adhere to cleaning checklists and safety protocols to maintain consistency and quality standards.
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage and usage of cleaning products.
- Coordinate with property managers or hosts regarding scheduling and special requests to optimize turnover efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or hospitality services preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including industrial cleaning practices if applicable.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to complete turnovers efficiently between guest stays.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation or access to the property locations as needed.
