RQ09849 - Sr. Technology Architect
Toronto (Jarvis St.) - Hybrid
- From October 20, 2025, the candidate is required to work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day from home
- From January 5, 2026, the candidate is required to work onsite 5 days a week fully
Contract 5+ months
- Develops, recommends, implements and manages the technical architecture (hardware, software, database and communications) which will be used for all or specific applications in a large, distributed cross-platform environment.
- Responsible for developing enterprise architecture deliverables based on Ontario Government Enterprise Architecture processes and practices for Engagement Platform Expansion
- Responsibilities also include the identification of relevant information and the determination of the environment, which will be used for development.
Must-Have's:

Extensive experience with multiple cloud platforms, operating systems, environments, database technologies, and communications protocols

Knowledge and understanding of Amazon Web Services, Amazon Cloud and Amazon Connect applications

Knowledge and understanding of Cloud computing principles, concepts, policies and practices

Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g. models) based on Government Enterprise Architecture processes and practice
Nice-to-have:

Experience with generative AI in an AWS cloud set-up.
