Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized File Processor to manage TRV (Temporary Resident Visa) / Marriage application / LMIA Application. These role requires a candidate with strong administrative skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle sensitive information accurately.
Duties
- Review and organize application documents related to TRV /Marriage processes/LMIA Processing
- Perform data entry with high accuracy into various databases and ERP systems
- Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
- Assist with data collection and verification to ensure completeness of applications
- Use Microsoft Excel for tracking application statuses, generating reports, and data analysis
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive applicant information
- Assist team members with clerical duties including typing, data entry, and document preparation
- Manage workflow efficiently to meet processing deadlines and client expectations
Experience
- Prior experience of one year or more is required with strong Language skills.
- Prefer if you are bilingual

Pay: $18.25-$23.00 per hour
