CUSTOM CABINETRY MANUFACTURER / MILLWORK COMPANY IS HIRING A WOODWORKING SPRAY FINISHER & FINISHER HELPER
Summary
Primary Developments is a custom woodshop specializing in residential cabinetry. We are seeking an experienced Wood Finisher specializing in mixing stains and spraying lacquer/paint,and Finisher Helper to join our team.
A minimum of 5 years experience is required as the candidate must be capable of producing high quality work independently.
Responsibilities and Duties include:
· Sand, fill and prep wood veneer, MDF and solid wood surfaces for finishing
· Apply finishes including spray lacquer / acrylic / paint and apply stains and oils
· Surfaces include cabinet doors, drawers, cabinets, etc.
· Maintenance and cleaning of equipment and workspace
· Touch up finished materials as required for quality control
· Maintain a high level of finish quality
Requirements:
· Previous experience with wood spray finishing
· Knowledge of lacquers, acrylics, paints and stain products
· Capable of heavy lifting
· Detail and quality oriented. Capable of maintaining a consistent, high level of quality.
· Team player with a good attitude
