Job Summary
Olivier Honda Bathurst is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Finance Manager to join our dealership team. The Finance Manager is responsible for arranging vehicle financing, presenting finance and insurance (F&I) products, ensuring compliance with all lending regulations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in securing vehicle financing through approved lenders and financial institutions.
Present and explain finance, warranty, insurance, and protection products to customers.
Prepare and review all finance and lease documentation accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and dealership regulations regarding vehicle financing and sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending partners.
Analyze credit applications and recommend suitable financing options.
Achieve dealership finance and product sales objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate smooth vehicle delivery and customer handoff.
Maintain accurate records and complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
Stay informed about industry trends, financing programs, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager, F&I Manager, or related automotive sales role.
Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, lending practices, and compliance requirements.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to explain financial products clearly and professionally.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software.
Bilingual with the ability to read, write, and speak both French or English
Preferred Skills
Experience working with multiple lending institutions.
Proven track record of achieving F&I performance targets.
Knowledge of automotive warranties, protection plans, and aftermarket products.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
