Established in 1902, at Trenton Cold Storage our specialty is customized temperature-controlled warehousing and distribution. We offer over 34 million cubic feet of cold and refrigerated storage across Canada, with 7 facilities in Ontario, 2 in Alberta, and our newest location in Moncton, New Brunswick. We're growing our team and looking for Warehouse Operators to join us in Trenton, On.
What We Offer:
- $20.75/hr + shift premiums
- Training provided for material handling equipment
- Opportunity to gain experience in logistics & distribution
- Afternoon shift : 330pm - midnight
What You’ll Do:
Receiving
· Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices and check temperatures
· Unload trailers, receive and put away product using material handling equipment and RF technology
Picking
- Use warehouse management system to retrieve orders, and pick orders accurately using RF scanner technology. Wrap and stage pallets for shipping
Shipping
- Load trailers using material handling equipment and RF technology
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in -18°C temperatures
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with fast-paced work
- Strong communication skills; computer/device familiarity
- Warehouse experience is an asset (training provided if needed)
