Position Summary
The Office Manager / Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This role combines administrative support, team coordination, scheduling, customer service, and office management duties.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate vendor relationships
- Support staff with administrative and organizational needs
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper records
- Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Assist management with special projects and reporting
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration, office management, or coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Experience with scheduling software and bookkeeping is an asset
