We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and reliable barista/server to join our team at a Tulum Mexican restaurant located in Toronto. If you’re passionate about coffee, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and love delivering great customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages following our recipes.
- Take customer orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guests have a great dining experience.
- Greet and serve customers in a warm, professional, and efficient manner.
- Support the restaurant team with general tasks such as cleaning, restocking, and organizing.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Learn our menu and make recommendations to guests
Requirements (Mandatory):
- Minimum 2 year of experience as a barista (required)
- Server experience is a plus
- Valid Smart Serve Certificate (mandatory)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and punctuality
- Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts
