We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations and medical history reviews
- Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities tailored to patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance
- Document patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately in medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay current with the latest physiotherapy techniques and best practices through ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Valid license or certification as a Physiotherapist in accordance with state regulations
- Prior experience in hospital settings preferred; experience in acute care and pediatrics is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
