- Can think through problems instead of waiting to be told every step
Experience matters less than mindset. If you have basic tool skills and the right attitude, we can train you.
Who This Is NOT For

- Cut corners when no one is looking
- Show up late or unprepared
- Need constant supervision to stay productive
- Get defensive when corrected
You won’t enjoy working here, and it won’t last.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Framing, blocking, and finishing details
- Assisting with installs (cabinets, flooring, trim, etc.)
- Keeping sites clean and organized
- Learning how a well-run job site actually operates
What Matters Most
We hire based on:
- Attitude
- Ability to learn quickly
- Work ethic
- Attention to detail
- You should be comfortable reading a tape measure and working with basic numbers.
