- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products that complement the services provided.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client experience and increase overall satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- A passion for hair styling and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Pay: $18.25-$38.00 per hour
