Our client, a large and well-established manufacturing facility in the Fergus area, is currently seeking a Licensed Millwright (433A) to join their maintenance team on a continental rotating shift.

Pay: $42.93/hr Starting Wage + Premiums + OT
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment and machinery
- Repair mechanical failures including bearings, shafts, gearboxes, conveyors, and related components
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs
- Complete scheduled maintenance work orders and accurately document repairs
- Support continuous production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Weld and machine components as required
- Update maintenance records within a computerized maintenance system
Qualifications
- Valid 433A Millwright license
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
- Previous experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Welding and machining experience considered an asset
- Strong safety mindset and team-oriented attitude
Shift Details
- Continental rotating days and nights
- 12-hour shifts
- Every second weekend off
- Significant overtime available
- Shift premiums averaging approximately $10,000 additional annual earnings
