Job Overview
Belly Busters is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused team member to join our restaurant staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing orders and payments, maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area, and supporting daily restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
● Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
● Take customer orders in person and over the phone
● Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately
● Communicate customer orders clearly with kitchen staff
● Restock refrigerators, beverages, condiments, and other supplies as needed
● Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront
● Assist with opening and closing duties
● Follow food safety and workplace cleanliness standards
● Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
● Work respectfully and cooperatively with all team members
Qualifications
● Strong communication and customer service skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
● Reliable, punctual, and dependable
● Positive attitude and willingness to learn
● Ability to multitask and stay organized
● Previous restaurant or customer service experience is considered an asset but is not required
Requirements
● Ability to stand for extended periods
● Ability to lift and carry stock and supplies when restocking
● Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
