Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our opening culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. This role requires a strong passion for food, excellent cooking and food‑handling skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
As a Line Cook, you will work closely with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure efficient service, consistent execution, and timely preparation of all menu items.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality of dishes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and restaurant policies
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Experience
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience working in the food industry with a focus on quality and efficiency is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of serving, food industry best practices, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
