Role Purpose
Drives the performance and evolution of enterprise applications that power Operations, Finance, HR, and Corporate teams—improving reliability and support, reducing risk, and enabling the business to scale with confidence.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the team, manage day-to-day priorities, and align application support and enhancement work to business needs and IT objectives.

Shape and guide application intake, planning, and governance to keep work business focused and value‑driven

Lead and develop a team of technical analysts —strengthening delegation, documentation, and cross‑training to build resilient, well‑supported systems.

Build strong vendor partnerships and confidently lead escalations when needed

Partner closely with business leaders across Operations, Finance, HR, and Corporate Services to align priorities, surface risks early, and set clear service expectations.

Establish clear, effective support practices that simplify work and improve consistency documentation, and continuous improvement across the applications landscape.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a or equivalent experience”

Strong understanding of enterprise applications, business process improvement, and cross-functional service delivery.

Solid knowledge of vendor management, application support practices, and change and release discipline.

Confident leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across technical teams, vendors, and business partners.

Ability to translate business priorities into practical applications roadmap and support model.
Experience
-
7-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, business systems, or related IT functions.

3-5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams, priorities, and external vendors or partners.

Experience leading support and enhancement work across multiple enterprise systems and business functions.

Experience working with platforms such as ERP, TMS, HRIS, CRM, M365 SharePoint, finance, or similar business-critical systems.

Experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or other operationally intensive environments is preferred.
