QuickSeries Publishing is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our Warehouse Manager across hot stamp production, receiving, shipping, and inventory management. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our fulfillment operations, ensuring that orders move out the door accurately and on time.

Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & Receiving
- Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, packaging, and labeling
- Oversee and prepare shipping documentation, including commercial waybills, U.S. and Canadian customs proformas, and other shipping-related paperwork
- Arrange pickups with various carriers
- Coordinate with transport providers and customs brokers
- Maintain the UPS Integration system
- Maintain documentation and systems for accurate tracking of shipped orders
- Prepare shipping reports as requested by management to support accurate and timely invoicing
- Perform receiving procedures and related controls
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
- Maintain accurate inventory control
- Maintain sampling inventory control
- Support hot stamp production as directed by the Warehouse Manager
- Keep the warehouse organized and ensure equipment is properly maintained
- Participate in and support all other tasks required to maintain effective shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes

- Ability to lift and move packages and operate standard warehouse equipment
- Comfort working with shipping software and basic computer systems
- Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or production experience is an asset
