We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Full-Time Facilities Technician to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The Facilities Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of interior and exterior maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks across residential properties including high-rise and low-rise apartment buildings, townhouses, duplexes, and single-family homes. Some work may also include vacant lots and light commercial properties.
Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Repairs & Maintenance
Including but not limited to:
- Doors and door frames
- Windows and window frames
- Handrails
- Trim and baseboards
- Drywall repair and/or replacement
- Ceiling repair and/or replacement
- Insulation work
- Minor structural repairs
Exterior Repairs & Maintenance
Including but not limited to:
- Fences and gates
- Decks, balconies, and railings
- Curbs and barriers
- Walkways and stairways
- Driveways
- Siding
- Minor landscaping repairs or modifications
- Exterior door and window repairs to maintain building security
- Minor eavestrough and soffit repairs
- Exterior stair repairs to match existing structures
- Minor structural repairs
