Ericksen Nissan is seeking a customer-focused and motivated Junior Front Counter Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department in Edmonton, Alberta. This role is ideal for someone with previous automotive parts experience who enjoys helping customers, supporting technicians, and working in a fast-paced dealership environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting retail and wholesale customers, sourcing and ordering parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service at the front counter.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts inquiries and sales
- Identify and source automotive parts efficiently and accurately
- Process parts orders, returns, and warranty-related transactions
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments
- Prepare quotations and invoices for customers
- Promote dealership parts and accessories programs
- Ensure a clean, safe, and professional parts department environment
- Support team members and contribute to departmental goals
QualificationsRequired
- Previous automotive parts experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid eligibility to work in Canada
- Must currently reside in the Edmonton area
Preferred
- Familiarity with PBS Systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in a Nissan dealership or automotive dealership environment
- Knowledge of automotive parts catalogues and inventory systems

- Must reside in Edmonton, Alberta or the surrounding area
- Must be legally authorized to work in Alberta, Canada without current or future employer sponsorship
- Ability to lift and move parts and inventory as required
