Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate/Nutritionist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their health and nutrition needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product benefits and usage
- Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining an organized sales floor
- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during peak hours
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or scheduling appointments
- Support the team in achieving sales targets through proactive engagement and organizational skills
- Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and nutritional information to provide expert guidance
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, technical sales, or related customer service roles; experience in merchandising or POS systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities (English and other languages) are highly desirable
- Knowledge of health, wellness, or nutritional products is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively and handle basic math for transactions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Basic cash handling skills including cashiering experience
- Multilingual capabilities are considered an asset for serving diverse clientele
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
