Associate Dentist - Downtown Toronto
Downtown Toronto practice is seeking a compassionate, clinically strong, and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our team on a part-time basis (2 weekdays and 2 Saturdays a month).
You will be stepping into an established and growing patient base within a modern, fully digital office.
We are looking for a clinician who enjoys comprehensive dentistry and values patient education, personalized treatment, and building long-term relationships through exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality restorative treatment
- Perform root canal treatment and routine extractions independently
- Educate patients on oral health and preventative care
- Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
- Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD degree
- Registered and licensed in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
- Minimum 2–4 years of clinical experience in private practice
- Comfortable independently performing: Restorative dentistry, Crown and bridge procedures, Root canal treatment, Routine extractions
- Comprehensive treatment planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence and continuing education
