About Us
Zun Yue Residence is seeking an approachable, highly communicative, and community-driven Community Sales Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for project marketing, client consultations, community relationship management, and driving move-in conversions.
This position goes beyond traditional sales - you will serve as a vital bridge connecting families with our premium senior living and care services.
Requirements
- Client Engagement: Warmly receive consultations from prospective residents and their families.
- Tours & Follow-ups: Schedule and conduct community tours, followed by timely and strategic follow-ups.
- Community Relations: Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships within the local community and with partner organizations.
- Marketing Events: Actively participate in marketing campaigns, community events, and Open Houses.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles and interaction history in the CRM system.
- Lead Conversion: Actively track and nurture prospective leads to convert them into residents.
- Promotional Support: Assist with social media outreach and community-level marketing initiatives.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with residents' families.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin proficiency is required).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication skills rooted in deep empathy and active listening.
- Network: Existing connections or resources within the Chinese community are highly preferred.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in senior living, real estate, insurance, or premium hospitality/luxury services is a strong plus.
- Digital Savvy: Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, Xiaohongshu/RED) is preferred.
Compensation
- Base Salary + Commission + Bonus
