Capital Lynk is looking for a motivated Collections Specialist to join our growing team!
Responsibilities
- Manage delinquent accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
- Contact clients regarding overdue payments
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements
- Monitor payment commitments and account activity
- Resolve account issues with internal teams
- Maintain accurate collection records
Requirements
- 3+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or related experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
- Experience in alternative lending, MCA, or financial services is an asset
