The Role:
- Managing a crew of Operators
- Full autonomy to run the site how you want
- Monday to Friday, 6am-3pm / 2.30pm-12.30pm
The Person:
- Experienced team lead or supervisor
- Any manufacturing, industrial or heavy engineering background
- Looking for more responsibility and the chance to implement your own processes
