Our client is looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing team in Calgary. Duties and Responsibilities:
The key job functions are:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including website, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising platforms.
- Create and execute social media strategies, with a primary focus on building brand awareness and engagement through LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Develop compelling written content, including marketing copy, campaign materials, social media posts, and digital communications.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) metrics to guide decision-making.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve campaign performance and enhance customer engagement.
- Support lead generation initiatives by developing outreach campaigns and collaborating with sales teams to drive qualified opportunities.
- Assist with improving website performance, user experience, and conversion pathways.
- Research market trends and competitor activity to support ongoing marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative campaigns and strengthen overall brand messaging.
- Stay current on emerging digital marketing tools, platforms, and industry best practices.
Education:
- A post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience will also be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience developing and managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, preferably within a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), Google Ads, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, email marketing, or marketing automation software is considered an asset.
- Experience producing engaging digital content across social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, including graphics and video, is considered an asset.
Skills:

- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and reporting systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify opportunities.

Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year
- Salary based on experience.
Work Hours:
- 40 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday.

- This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
