Urgently Hiring: Welders
Apprentices & Lead hand Wanted
We are growing our team and looking for hardworking, reliable Welders to join us. We are hiring both entry-level apprentices who want to learn the trade and experienced Lead hand ready to bring their skills to the job site. Ironwork experience is not needed but a plus as there will be some ironwork on this site.
What We’re Looking For:
MANDATORY Certifications & Tickets
- CWB All position SMAW & FCAW tickets
- AWP/MEWP must be completed in person (online course completion will not be considered)
- Fall Protection must be complete in person (online course completion will not be considered)
- WHMIS
TOOLS/EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
- Fall protection harness with lanyard
- Grinder
- Chipping hammer
- Wire brush
- Basic layout tools (measuring tape, combo squares, markers etc)
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and dependable attitude
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and work safely
- Ability to work well with a crew
- Reliable transportation
- Experience in structural steel, welding, fitting, or rigging is an asset
- AWP & Fall pro preferredPositions Available:
Apprentices

Lead hand / Journeymen (Minimum 3 years experience)
- Layouts, read drawings and complete jobs efficiently
- Welding, fitting, installing structural steel
- Lead by example and work independently or with crew

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
