Team Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is looking for an experienced Spanish Speaking Sales Representative who is driven and self-motivated to exceed targets.
Responsibilities for this position
- Negotiating and educating Spanish speaking customers on the vehicle marketplace, values of new or used vehicles and our business model.
- Acting as a vehicle sales consultant.
- Building rapport and a relationship with all prospects.
- Performing outbound sales calls to Prospects.
- Responding to inbound email requests, calls, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Receiving inbound calls from interested Consumers.
- Booking appointments.
- Providing tips, guidance and advice to customers, and leads in helping them buy their future new or used vehicle.
-Record one or more Promotional video content per week for social media.
Qualifications
- Previous 2 Years sales experience is required
- Speaks English and Spanish Fluently.
-Valid OMVIC License is preferred
-Valid G Driving License.
- Previous telephone sales is preferred
- Eager to exceed sales targets and sell more.
- Must be confident in asking for the business and closing deals.
- An interest and passion for social media engagement and content.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is helpful but not mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
