Job Description
We are looking for energetic, reliable, and hard-working Crew Members to join our team! Whether you are looking for a solid full-time career path or a flexible part-time gig, we have a spot for you.
As a Crew Member, you will be the face of Osmow’s—ensuring our customers get the perfect bite every single time while maintaining a clean, welcoming restaurant.
Your Duties & Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Follow Osmow’s designated recipes and strict work rules to prepare and serve high-quality, consistent food.
- Customer Excellence: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, handle transactions, and actively collect customer feedback to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Restaurant Upkeep: Maintain a sparkling clean dining area, kitchen, and service counter according to health and safety standards.
- Inventory & Stocking: Assist with receiving new stock shipments. This includes heavy lifting of boxes and supplies up to 25 lbs when new inventory arrives.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience is not required, but it is highly valued! We provide full training if you are new to the industry.
- Availability: Must be available to work both day and night shifts, and committed to working a minimum of 4 days a week.
- Team Players: A positive attitude, great communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and ready to follow company guidelines and safety protocols.
