Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our beauty industry operations. You will work closely with the team to ensure seamless order management, logistics efficiency, and exceptional service standards for our retail partners. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end order processing cycle, from entry and verification to final delivery, ensuring high accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Communication Hub: Act as the point of contact for clients, managing enquiries and coordinating cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, and Logistics) to resolve issues swiftly.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage shipment schedules and delivery documentation, ensuring all orders meet transit requirements and client deadlines.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain precise sales records and inventory data within our CRM and Excel systems.
- Strategic Support: Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, tracking promotional campaigns, and gathering market feedback to support retail strategy development.
- General Administration: Provide day-to-day administrative support to maintain smooth office and sales operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years of solid experience in sales support, business operations, or marketing campaigns
- Language Skills: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Chinese, Japanese or Korean is highly preferred
- Competent in Microsoft Office. You should be comfortable with data entry and basic Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, basic data matching/sorting). Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with a high level of ownership. You are comfortable handling complex logistics and are hyper-organized.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in data entry and order tracking
- Industry Interest: A genuine interest in the Asian beauty and cosmetics industry is a big plus.
Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
