About the Role
We're looking for an experienced home stager to join our project-based team. This is not a full-time position — work will be assigned on a project-by-project basis depending on availability and fit for each home. Ideal for someone who wants flexible, ongoing freelance staging work.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute staging concepts for showhomes, listings, and short-term rental properties
- Select furniture, decor, and accessories that align with each property's style and target buyer/guest
- Coordinate delivery, setup, and takedown of staging inventory
- Work directly with builders, realtors, and property owners to meet deadlines and expectations
- Ensure staged spaces are photo-ready for marketing and listings
Requirements
- Proven experience in home staging (builder showhomes, real estate listings, or Airbnb/short-term rental preferred)
- A portfolio of past staging projects
- Strong professional references
- Ability to source and manage furniture/decor inventory
- Reliable transportation and ability to lift/move furniture and decor items
- Strong eye for design, space planning, and current trends
