Job Duties:

Greet patrons when they enter the building; making them feel welcome

Provide an outstanding dining experience for our patrons

Must have an extremely professional rapport with clientele, be well-spoken, and easy to communicate with

Work well and closely with all other team members

Accurately record and enter all food and beverage items into the POS system

Must be able to use reservation system (Open Table)

Must develop extensive knowledge of the menu to be able to comment on ingredients, suggest items, and explain cooking techniques.

Address patrons appropriately when discussing their comments and concerns. Effectively communicate with Supervisors if a customer issue arises. Ensure clear and concise communication with the patron to ensure the issue is being resolved.

Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements:

Must have Pro Serve certification and be at least 18 years of age (for the server position)

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate professionally with clientele

Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant is required
