Responsibilities
- As a replenishment associate, you will be responsible to ensure our truck freight is replenished on the retail floor in a timely and accurate manner.
- Replenish product homes on the retail floor accurately and neatly while designating product overstock for later warehousing.
- Fully stock and front-face all product homes to maintain a clean, full, and customer-ready sales floor.
- Track product flow by utilizing our in-house AI cart-tracking system.
- Work closely with the receiving, warehouse, and secondary fill departments to maintain a smooth flow of product within the store after it is received.
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing products for optimal presentation and accessibility
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely replenishment of stock and resolve any logistical issues promptly
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, retail sales, or inventory management preferred
- Proficiency with RF scanners, forklift operation, pallet jacks, and basic warehouse equipment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control tasks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during stocking or shipment handling
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse team interaction
- Knowledge of retail math, shipping & receiving procedures, and grocery store operations is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
