Great West Ventilation Inc. is a Ventilation Trade Contractor predominantly serving the Manitoba ICI market. We are seeking a full time Project Delivery Manager with a background in either the HVAC, Sheetmetal or plumbing/piping trades. This position is permanent, located at our office on Aimes Rd, during the week, 7:30 am-4:00pm
Job Responsibilities
- Attend pre-bid meetings and walkthroughs.
- Assist in preparing quotations based on construction drawings and specifications for Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems.
- Prepare and submit change orders.
- Release job specific supplies and order materials
- Oversee and manage the project delivery process
Qualifications
- Knowledge of commercial and/or industrial heating, ventilation and air conditioning system design is an asset.
- Construction estimating experience is an asset.
- Ability to read construction drawings / blueprints.
- Experience with basic computer use and common programs such as Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with a software based estimating program an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
