About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Delivery Driver to join our operations team. You’ll be a frontline ambassador for Four All Ice Cream — delivering ice cream (and ice-cream-related items) safely and on time while building strong relationships with our wholesale and online customers.
Job Type: Part-time
Hours: ~20 hrs/week
Location: Kitchener-Waterloo + deliveries throughout Southern Ontario
Wage: $20/hour
What You’ll Do
Delivery & Customer Experience
- Deliver ice cream and related items to wholesale and online customers as part of weekly delivery schedules
- Provide warm, professional service at every stop — you’re the face of Four All on the road
- Communicate clearly with the team about delivery outcomes, customer notes, and any issues that come up
Vehicle, Safety, and Accountability
- Drive safely and responsibly, following proper handling practices for frozen product
- Maintain delivery logs and ensure deliveries are documented accurately
- Monitor vehicle condition and communicate maintenance needs or issues immediately
Support Operations
- Assist with basic inventory and invoicing tasks as needed
- Help keep deliveries organized, efficient, and aligned with daily operational priorities
- Use digital platforms Notion, Shopify, Slack, Tracktile to communicate and plan delivery routes effectively.

You also bring:
- A valid Class G Driver’s License and a clean Driver’s Abstract (no recent tickets or accidents)
- Experience driving large vehicles (or strong comfort learning quickly)
- Knowledge of Waterloo Region and surrounding area roadways
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask and communicate effectively
- Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate online platforms with ease
- Comfort with physical work, including: heavy lifting and working in hot and cold environments (freezers)
- Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs (daytime, weekends, and evenings)
