Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Labourer to join our installation team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of hands-on tasks to support fence construction and installation projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental fences
- Dig post holes, set posts, and complete general fence construction tasks
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project specifications
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment (augers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
- Perform general labour duties including lifting, digging, and moving heavymaterials
- Work collaboratively with crew members to meet project timelines and quality standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fence installation or similar construction/labour role preferred
- Valid G driver’s license (required)
- Ability to confidently drive a truck and maneuver an enclosed trailer
- Experience handling power tools and basic construction equipment
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform demanding manual labour
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership potential and willingness to take initiative
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or related trades
- High school diploma or equivalent considered an asset

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
