Job Description
We are seeking a talented Finish Carpenter eager to master our specialized Sunspace product line. You will start by working alongside our seasoned installers to learn our unique systems, with a direct path toward becoming a Crew Leader. Once trained, you will be the go-to person on-site, ensuring our fine carpentry work meets the highest standards while guiding a small, dedicated crew.
No sunroom experience? No problem. While you bring the foundational fine carpentry expertise, we will provide comprehensive, on-the-job training to teach you exactly how our premium Sunspace products are engineered and installed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on the Job: Manage and motivate a small installation crew, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to Elite Sunrooms' standards.
- Precision Carpentry: Execute high-end finish carpentry, framing, trim work, and detailed adjustments.
- Learn the Craft: Master the installation of specialized Sunspace products through hands-on, paid training.
- Client Relations: Maintain a professional demeanor on-site, communicating effectively with homeowners and team members.
- Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in fine carpentry and/or finish carpentry (trim, cabinetry, custom woodworking, etc.).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability or strong potential to lead, mentor, and organize a crew.
- License: Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Skills: Proficient with a wide variety of hand and power tools. Ability to read blueprints or construction diagrams.
- Attributes: Sharp attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a coachable attitude ready to learn new product lines.

- Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturdays depending on workload)
