Position Overview
- Remove and install transmissions for repair, rebuild, or replacement
- Automotive certification mandatory
- Inspect customer vehicles and perform accurate diagnostics
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical transmission concerns
- Review work orders and discuss findings with the Centre Manager
- Inspect and test automotive systems
- Adjust, repair, or replace components on automatic and manual transmissions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Access to advanced technical training provided by Mister Transmission
Desired Skills & Experience
- High‑energy, motivated individual
- Clean work habits and strong attention to detail
- Works well in a team environment
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles required
- Previous transmission experience mandatory
- Ownership of tools considered an asset
