MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE & LICENSED WITH CMRAO
Minimum 3-5 Years Condominium Management Experience
- Experience in managing a portfolio of properties
- Communication with Board of Directors, Owners & Contractors
- Budgets & financial review
- Contract Administration
- Quoting, work orders and tenders
- Legislative documents, PICS, ICU's, Status Certificates
- Administering compliance of Declaration, By-Laws, Rules & Regulations
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment, multi-tasking and independently
- Efficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Is a team player, and collaborates with colleagues
*Experience in the Condominium Industry is mandatory
