As our business continues to grow, L'Aromas Bakehouse is looking for entry level Bread Bakers and General Bakers to join our talented team at our production bakery in beautiful Tsawwassen, BC.

What You'll Be Doing
- Producing breads, pastries, and baked goods to recipe specifications
- Scaling, mixing, shaping, baking, and finishing products
- Assisting with recipe development and testing new menu items
- Maintaining inventory and stock levels
- Supporting ingredient sourcing and quality control
- Following food safety and sanitation standards
- Working collaboratively with the bakery and café teams to deliver outstanding products every day
What We're Looking For
You are someone who:
- Has a passion for baking and food
- Enjoys working in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Takes pride in producing high-quality products
- Is dependable, positive, and eager to learn
- Welcomes feedback and continuously strives to improve
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of baking experience preferred (however, we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude and passion)
- Culinary or baking certification is an asset, but hands-on experience and enthusiasm matter most
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25 kg and standing for extended periods
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Food Safe Level 1 certification
- Have your own transportation (buses do not operate in time for 5am shift starts)
- Flexible availability, including weekends

- Starting wage: $19.00+ per hour (based on experience)
