Job Summary
We are hiring ONE full-time Landscape Maintenance Worker to join a small, hands-on team. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who is experienced, reliable, and capable of working independently. If you do not meet the requirements below, please do not apply.
This position supports the owner directly. Due to health-related limitations, the owner needs someone who can confidently take on the workload without constant supervision. We are only interested in candidates who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and already know how to perform day-to-day landscape maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Mowing, trimming, edging
- Planting flowers, shrubs, and seasonal materials
- Mulching, weeding, pruning
- General garden and property upkeep
- Operate lawn maintenance equipment and hand tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Drive the company vehicle when required (Valid G Licence is mandatory)
- Work independently and manage daily tasks without supervision
Requirements — Non‑Negotiable
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on landscape maintenance experience
- (Not construction, not interlock — strictly garden/yard maintenance)
**If you do not have the required experience or a valid G licence, your application will not be considered.**
- Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s Licence (You will be driving the company vehicle regularly)
- Ability to handle physically demanding work: lifting, digging, bending, long hours on your feet
- Strong reliability: consistent attendance, punctuality, and follow-through
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Honesty and professionalism — we verify experience and licence status
Pay: $22.00 per hour
