Nager7™ is a specialized swimming school dedicated to teaching adults how to swim. Our programs are designed for adult learners of all skill levels, from complete beginners overcoming their fear of water to experienced swimmers looking to improve their technique and performance.
We are seeking a passionate, professional, and reliable Swim Instructor who enjoys helping adults achieve their swimming goals in a safe, supportive, and motivating environment.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and dependable Supervisor Swimming Instructor to lead our swim lesson program. This role combines teaching responsibilities with leadership, providing guidance and support to our team of swimming instructors to ensure high-quality, safe, and engaging lessons for participants of all ages and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach swimming lessons following program standards and lesson plans.
- Supervise, mentor, and support swimming instructors during lessons.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing training to instructors to help them develop their teaching skills.
- Monitor lesson quality to ensure consistency, safety, and excellent customer service.
- Respond to participant and parent questions or concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure all safety procedures, emergency protocols, and facility policies are followed.
- Evaluate participant progress and assist instructors with skill assessments.
Qualifications
- Current Swimming Instructor certification (or equivalent recognized certification).
- Current Lifeguard certification.
- Standard First Aid and CPR certification.
- Previous experience teaching swim lessons.
- Experience supervising, mentoring, or leading a team is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced aquatic environment.
- Commitment to providing a safe, positive, and inclusive learning experience.

Schedule
Tuesday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Wednesday: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Friday: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Saturday: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
