Yorkdale Fine Cars is a premium automotive dealership specializing in luxury and performance vehicles. We pride ourselves on delivering an elevated buying experience, strong lender relationships, and industry-leading professionalism. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our F&I department and maximize profitability while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure financing and leasing options tailored to each client
- Secure approvals from banks, credit unions, and subprime lenders
- Present and sell extended warranties, GAP, insurance products, and other F&I products
- Maintain strong relationships with lender representatives
- Ensure all deals comply with OMVIC regulations and dealership policies
- Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, and funding documents
- Track and manage funding, chargebacks, and lender stipulations
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and transparency
- Achieve and exceed monthly penetration and gross targets
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to close deals efficiently
- Prepare detailed financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of automotive F&I experience
- Strong understanding of prime and non-prime lending
- Proven track record of hitting finance penetration and product sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Deep knowledge of OMVIC compliance and dealership regulations
- Experience with DealerTrack, RouteOne, or similar platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
